- Concept design — separate real business problems from AI hype and define the smallest product that actually matters. We turn "we want to do something with AI" into a concrete concept you can make an investment decision on
- Prototyping — build something working in weeks and validate it with actual users. Not a slideware demo: we aim for conditions close to real data and real operations, so you can judge whether it truly works
- Production build & operate — ship the whole stack in production — LLM agent design, business-data integrations, and the web application — and keep iterating after launch, including the operational work specific to AI products such as LLM output evaluation and behavior monitoring
- Enablement — hand off design and operational know-how so your internal team can own the product. Not just documentation: we transfer ownership through day-to-day development and reviews together

Track record
For Truck Ohkoku Co., Ltd., the company behind Truck Ohkoku (トラック王国), a Japanese used-truck marketplace, we have built three AI agents that run deep inside real business operations.
- Truck Inventory Search Agent — finds sellable vehicles across hundreds to thousands of used trucks from plain-language sales queries. Roughly 6 months (3-month PoC + 3-month production build) with a two-person Optimium team, from requirements through operational improvement
- Used Truck Pricing Agent — proposes acquisition and resale prices, and revisions for slow-moving inventory, with reasoning based on year, mileage, body configuration, and market trends
- Truck Condition Inspection Agent — standardizes intake condition assessment of incoming trucks with an image-recognition model and LLM-generated findings
Why us
Optimium is not a typical agency. We built Kanaeru (an AI training app for fortune tellers) and Jester (a jewelry brand co-designed with generative AI) ourselves, end to end. We know first-hand how hard it is to make AI feel like the core of a product — not just a feature pasted on top.
