Our CEO Shotaro Katsura appointed CTO of Truck Ohkoku Co., Ltd.

Effective June 4, 2026, Shotaro Katsura, CEO of Optimium, has been appointed CTO of Truck Ohkoku Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo).

Truck Ohkoku operates "Truck Ohkoku" (トラック王国), a marketplace for used trucks, alongside a portfolio of services for the construction, logistics, and manufacturing industries. The company newly established the CTO position to drive AX/DX and strengthen its technology foundation for future growth, and Katsura has assumed the role.

Optimium has supported the company's used-truck business through the development of AI agents for inventory search, pricing, and vehicle condition inspection. With this appointment, we will go beyond individual product development to drive AX/DX at the management level — from technology strategy to building the engineering organization.
