Kanaeru Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the terms of use for the fortune-teller support app "Kanaeru" (the "App") provided by Optimium Inc. (the "Company"). Users of the App ("Users") shall use the App in agreement with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms govern the conditions of providing the App and the rights and obligations between Users and the Company, and apply to all matters related to use of the App.

Article 2 (Registration)

Anyone wishing to use the App shall apply for registration in the manner prescribed by the Company, in agreement with these Terms.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the App:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activity
• Acts that infringe the rights of the Company, other Users, or third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
• Reverse engineering or analyzing the source code of the App

Article 4 (Suspension of Service)

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice to Users due to maintenance, system failures, or other unavoidable reasons.

Article 5 (Disclaimers)

The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of the App.

Article 6 (Changes to Service)

The Company may change, add to, or discontinue the App after notifying Users in advance, and Users shall accept such changes.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users when it deems necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on the App.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
